FortitudeFX™ is a trading education brand operated from the United Arab Emirates. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you interact with our website or sign up for our waitlist.

When you submit the FortitudeFX™ waitlist or contact form, we collect the following information:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Your selected path (VIP Discord, Bootcamp, or Free Community)
  • Any optional message you choose to include
  • Enquiry type (for contact form submissions)

We do not collect payment information through our forms. No card details are entered or stored at this stage.

3. How we use your data

We process your personal data based on your consent when you submit a form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To reserve your place on the FortitudeFX™ waitlist
  • To send you relevant updates about your selected path
  • To notify you before any payment is requested
  • To personalise communications using your name and selected preferences
  • To respond to contact form enquiries

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Where your data is stored

Your contact information is stored securely in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email marketing platform. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and stores data on EU-based infrastructure. You can review Brevo's own privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

5. No payment today

Submitting the waitlist form does not constitute a purchase or payment agreement. Your card will not be charged or reserved at any point during the waitlist process. You will receive an email notification before any payment is requested, giving you the opportunity to confirm, change your plan, or opt out entirely.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data at any time
  • Unsubscribe from communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing

7. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our site. GA4 may place cookies on your device. If you are located in the EU or UK, we operate GA4 with IP anonymisation enabled. We do not use advertising cookies or share analytics data with third parties for marketing purposes.
